Gettin' shirty

I don't know how it happened but when I look into my closet there is an area full of white shirts. Sounds familiar? If this happens to you too then we have a lot in common... but in my defence the white shirts are a timeless classics and the ultimate wardrobe staple, especially the simple long sleeve button-down ones.

Today I am kicking it off with an oversized one from Rosegal with lace-up details. To wear this lovely piece with a twist in a modern way I paired it with a faux skirt and over the knee boots, the trusted ensemble which won’t let me down. The only bad thing about white clothes is that attracts stains, especially during the lunch hours. Totally not my fault.

Plaid blazers are having a moment this season again and I’m a huge fan. The great thing about them is that you can wear them with neutrals, brights, or prints and they always look good. I love how nostalgic yet trendy and cool it can look. For a bit of vibrancy, I added a pop of red with my favourite bag.
